Your tasks an responsibilities:
- Result-oriented leadership as well as development of our quality team
- Responsibility for internal and external quality requirements along the entire product creation process (turning, milling, drilling, lasering, etc.)
- Independent execution of quality assurance and material controls
- Supplier quality assurance in the prototype, pilot series and series phase (initial sampling according to VDA/PPAP, processing of complaints, error analyses and definition of corrective measures)
- Monitoring and control of quality systems and processes in coordination with the individual departments
- Coordination, planning and implementation of internal and external audit processes (customer and supplier side)
- Selection and further development of existing and new suppliers (international)
- Planning and implementation of the annual certification according to ISO 9001:2015
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance and quality management, preferably in the field of machining/CNC processing
- Experienced knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, experience in the implementation of quality management systems, knowledge of measurement and testing techniques as well as QM methods and tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D etc.)
- Experience in cross-site and cross-functional collaboration as well as fluent written and spoken English skills
