Project Manager Research and Recruiting

Your tasks:

  • Proactive recruitment of specialists and managers in the mechanical and plant engineering as well as the automotive industry
  • Applicant management and conducting phone interviews
  • Compose exigent job postings and ensure the strategic placement in appropriate job portals
  • Support the sales team in the creation of offers regarding job postings, candidate comparisons and recommendation of recruitment strategies
  • Self-dependent candidate marketing and therefore acquisition of new potential employers for your highly specialized clients
  • Establishing, building and maintaining an active candidate network
  • Active control of the recruiting-processes and monitoring the activities of the respective project team
  • Reporting to the management and communicating with the other project managers, as well as the direct search team

Your profile:

  • University degree, ideally in the field of technology
  • Recruiting experience advantageous
  • Success orientation and high level of intrinsic motivation
  • Sales and communication skills
  • Business fluent German and English
